Pork loin chops marinade help
Cooking some chops either tonight or tomorrow. I'm going to baste in bbq sauce closer to taking off the egg. Any suggestions on a marinade before cooking?

There is a recipe in the Thursday Atlanta Journal Food Section for Molasses Pork Loin, I have one marinading as we speak. Don't see why you could not apply it to chops. They have a webb site by the way.

Try Stubbs pork marinade. It is ususally availlable in grocery stores. After marinading, I coat in Dizzy Dust. Always delicious!
