Lobster Tail

I've got some lobster tails but need a few ideas on how to egg 'em. Any suggestions?

Painter,[p]I second the motion for this recipe. I've done it twice, following exactly, and the results are superb. I two-bits worth is to watch the tails carefully (don't get distracted) so they don't get overdone.[p]Chuck
