  • I did sauce them for 1/2 hour. I did the Championship recipe at 325 and think I will try cooking a little slower, although both times I have done them this way, the family has loved them.

    My sister-in-law loves ribs and said she had ribs at a pretty famous rib place in Branson MO last week on vacation and she liked these better...

    Even if she stretched it, it made me feel good as this is the second time I have cooked ribs in my life!
