Wok Cooking Questions

I bought a wok and I have a couple of questions:[p]1. What are the procedures for seasoning the wok?[p]2. At what temperature do I cook using the wok?[p]I appreciate anyone help.[p]Thanks,[p]Wino

    I would use the same method a I use on cast iron. Peanut oil on a paper towel and wipe the entire inside and outside with the oil and place in the oven for about 1 hour and never wash with soap again ! After cooking wipe it out with a clean cloth, use a bamboo scrubber to get the tough stuff off with some warm water, and rewipe the pan with oil. The more you use it the better it works.
