What types of cooking do you do on your Mini BGE? I've just acquired one (also have a Large BGE) and intend to use it for grilling smaller quantities, traveling etc. However I'm interested to hear whether others favor it for any particular applications.
Regards.

Fairalbion,[p]Steaks for 1 or 2. The thing gets hot FAST...and I mean hot. Couple of chicken breasts. Any kind of veggies. Searing. The reason I say that is because you can get the charcoal RIGHT next to the grate and get very high, close heat. If you did that on the large you'd have the green inferno on your hands. The mini is lovely. Have to admit, though, I use the small most of the time![p]mShark

Fairalbion,[p]MollyShark is right! The mini is great for small cooking. Although I saw one person do ribs (rolled up and pinned), the mini is not good for that (will do in a pinch). With that being said, I found an eight inch pizza stone and plan to try some low, slow cooking on my mini![p]Smokey
