    Hey Tim, Boy toy very good!! That was sweet thai chili sauce and rice wine vinager. I had him try LaBomba a few weeks ago and the next night it was dinner at his place and he totally tryed to duplicate it. Pretty good job at that. I forgot to tell him about your package.
    You guys would have fun together. I'll keep you separated. :laugh:

    As for the bacon, try working with it when it's really cold. I know my wraps always start looking like train wrecks once the bacon warms up, before that I almost look like I know what I'm doing. :whistle:

    Great looking grub there.You sure do look like a party is going on and a great one at that.As to the bacon it looks like you are using thick cut bacon.Get the cheap stuff that is thin and nuke it for about forty five seconds.Then cut it in half and start at one end of the shrimp and wrap it on a diagonal then use your tooth picks.
