Why I love havoing more than one egg!

Many people laugh when they see I have two eggs (there are people with three or more eggs ... and you know who you are). Today (like many other days), I am using both! This morning, I put on a 3 pound butt. I hope it will be done about 7pm. But what about lunch? I wanted to cook some italian sausage with peppers and onions (working from home today). That's why a 2nd egg is so wonderful. [p]I'm thinking a thrid egg may find a home at some point in the furute![p]Smokey

I'm with you on a third egg. Didn't take much to get the wife to go along with the small to complement the large. But I go talking another small or, heaven forbid, another large and there might be trouble brewing.
(who am I kidding...there's usually trouble brewing somewhere about something all the time!)
