pork butt bone down

Unknown
edited November -0001 in EggHead Forum
I was getting ready to cook pork butts low and slow. Could I stand them up on end with the bone down to allow for extra room in the cooker. Thanks

Should be fine. PB's are so forgiving, it's hard to mess one up unless you don't get it hot enough.
