Do you do the same with okra? Your peppers look great. When you say pepper sauce do you mean like the jars full of peppers with holes in the top for sprinkling the juice on food?

Mine do not have holes,but yes it's the same thing.I use mine for refilling those.I WB can them so they are good for 18 months!

Love it! I usually put mine up in old orange crush bottles with wine corks I save over the course of the year. Cannot beat a mason jar for yummy goodness!
