This thing is delicious and juisy :woohoo: .
I thought I would be cooking it for 3 or 4 hours. Only took 1 1/2 hours max. Internal temp 143, dome temp 270
when I took it off. Got to go eat!

Good looking cook. Probably cooked quick cause of the small cross-section. I do most of my pork low and slow now. Have you calibrated your dome thermo?
