need help finding a Corn Flack recipe

Somewhere I read a post about using corn flacks for a crust on chicken parts cooks low and slow, but I can’t find it anywhere. Was I dreaming? Can someone help me?

Thanks but I'm sure there was another post where they actually crushed corn flacks dipped the chicken in egg whites and then baked on the Egg.

found it!!!!!





5 drumsticks in a ziplock with buttermilk and a liberal amount of salt, cayene, Chipotle powder, garlic powder, hot sauce, and pepper.
Refrigerated overnight and then coated with cornflake chips.
Put them on at 350 dome indirect.
Coated the corn with mayo and Tony's creole seasoning, this was some seriously good chicken. Tangy, spicy, extremely crispy, and delicious.


This is my game plan for tonight...
