Our little momma arrived today for a week of leave. :woohoo: She got exactly what she wanted for dindin.

Tossed the wings and spuds on the large and got jr prepped for a little sear. Seared 3 little fillets and put the asparagus on and then the steaks to roast.



She was thrilled

I'm curious though, is the grid below the raised grid empty? If so, you can try resting the bolts directly on the fire ring (may have to slice off part of the washers so bolts can get closer to the edge). That way you only have one grid to clean after the cook :P

Good point, a grinder on those washers would do it. It has been a safety net for some lost wings though. :ermm:
