Decided to knock the rust off the wok with a few shrimp to go with the Tri Tip
The shrimp in butter and EVOO

Almost done

so time to toss in the pasta with some alfredo sauce

In the bowl (thanks for the shrimp tips CWM & LC)

But no meal is complete without the beef
2 1/2 pound Tri Tip

I believe she's done

Just the way I like it

I'm a happy camper now

Lookin' mighty fine there!
I just put 25 wings on and they should be done in about 90 to 110 minutes. Going low (250 to 275) with raised grid and lots of Cherry smoke! Will be a late dinner, but it works for me.Have a GREAT day!

dang pat, that looks outstanding!!! .. . did the 'egg' add a little smoke flavor to the pasta and alfredo?? .. been meaning to try that but haven't yet ...

Late is good also. We did the leg and wings Friday. Now if I can just do those famous Jay & Egghatter desserts I'd be in heaven

Just a touch to the shrimp and butter but the pasta and sauce were only on for a few minutes with the dome up. The tri tip was a late add on but really completed it, afterall man cannot live on pasta and shrimp alone :woohoo: :laugh:
