House for Sale - Great Eggin, Fishin spot

Hey everyone, this is off topic but hopefully not too bad. I just listed my house with a realtor a couple weeks ago. It's been a great place to live for the last 6 years.

It's a cabin with a dock on Lake Lanier in Gainesville, Georgia. The dock is the last dock at the back of Balus Creek, which has a mile long no-wake zone. The patio just off the big screened porch is perfect for Egging. Balus Creek is great for fishing, canoeing, boating, and birdwatching. Just a week ago, my fiancee and I paddled a canoe out to see the sunset over the main channel of Lake Lanier. At full pool of 1071', the dock has 7' of water under it.

Reason for sale is that I am getting married and moving to the big city.

(link removed, house sold)

Just trying to get the word out. Would prefer not to do a monster Q&A thread here since it's listed with a realtor but will be happy to answer questions offline.

If the North GA Eggers want to hang out there one Saturday or Sunday or weeknight before it sells, just let me know and we'll get to Eggin!

beautiful - you shouldn't have a problem getting rid of that - wish it weren't halfway across the country for me ;) I don't even want to tell you what that would go for in this area
