Hey all!
I went out and bought me some poultry shears made by JA Henkel this past week end .I can tell you that spatchcocking a chicken was never easier! These things cut through bone like melted butter..Ok..Ok..Like cold butter but I am pleased with the quality!
Looks like more chicken meetin my egg soon! Oh and they were like $23
at Linens & things..

It is amazing how much a good pair of shears can get done. We have some henkels shears that get used constantly, and they have held up well over the years. Could not live without them, and like you say......backbones are a snap. Ouch.
