...but it is close![p] Getting married this weekend, gonna be pulled pork and fixings for 60.
I have 68 pounds of Boston Butt in the BGE at one time!
Modified a cake pan so it would fit on top of the fire ring as a drip pan, three Butts on the bottom. Three more on a grid extender elevated with chunks of fire brick to clear.
The Guru has the whole thing chugging away on its own.
Have to work 2nd shift then off for four days. If everything goes well I will have a one man pig pickin tommorrow.
Five would have fit great, six is pushing it. I have the top center on edge instead of fat cap up.
