Mango Ice Cream ala Pat and Richard.

This is a simple Mango ice cream. Fresh mango, sugar and light cream blended up. The flavor is unreal. Thanks Pat (Flapoolman) and Richard from fl. I will be bringing a bunch to the FL Mini fest.

Glad you found a use for them. The ones I gave him the other day were right from the tree. Maybe he sent you a few ripe ones from last weeks pick. Having oriental chicken breasts, blacked eyed peas and rice jamacian style and mango chutney as I post.

No ripe, but that's ok. I just finished off the other ones. I will make good use of the new ones.

No. I had mangos. I will be using the new ones after they become ripe. Got secret plans for them.

In Mexico during the '50's I would get them from the street venders. They peeled the skin back like a lotus flower, lime juice and chili powder. Great street food.
