<p />Chef Wil was kind enough to share this pic with me on how to cook multiple beer butt chickens. This forum never ceases to amaze me on how many rubs, seasonings, cooking supplys, and great recipes given out.

they average 3 lbs each
I like 1/2 chicken's as a portion as opposed to a larger chicken taking longer to cook.

Is their something else that goes with it?
I thought that a chicken sitter was enclosed at the bottom so beer or something could be put in it.

The chicken/turkey sitters that BGE sells are just a wire frame. Some of the other types of sitters are enclosed so you can put liquid in the middle. [p]~nikki

Charles, me thinks if you look at that picture a bit closer you'll see the insides of those tubes have obvious residue "memories" of beer cans with liquids in them.
