Hello All!
Last night I done good!! Says the lil Lady!LOL
I spatchcocked a chicken with results good enough to post.
Prep:
I cut the backbone out of a 4 pounder then marinaded her overnight in
a plastic zip job in about 1 cup good Soy sauce 1tsp sugar and 1/2tsp
salt.
I injected the breast/thigh with a melted butter poultry seasoning mixture.Not allot ,just enough to moisten her up a bit more!! LOL
Grilling:
Grilled 30 min direct with raised grid skin down then 30min bones down
5 min before pulling it I basted it with melted Honey..This comes from a chicken wing recipe a bud gave me after I could not pry myself from his wing platter one day ..Boy are these good!!
