My new LARGE egg was delivered yesterday afternoon, and in a short while I had glowing coals and a pork loin roasting. For lack of anything else available, I messaged the pork with Stubb's dry rub and coated it in apple juice concentrate. In addition, I put a very small chunk of applewood on the coals.[p]Without a doubt, we have never had a more moist, fragrant pork roast. [p]MapMan[p]The kids want ribs tonight...

JSlot,[p]Just south of Madison, WI. I didn't get a profile up because I get enough junk e-mail as it is. I might get something put together later. [p]Mostly griilers up here (can you say "brats 'n beer"), but BBQ has taken a hold. The guy who delivered the egg yesterday said that their company almost stopped carrying the eggs due to lack of interest, then sales picked up. [p]Thanks-[p]MapMan
