Well, the leaves here in Michigan they are a changin', and that means that the pumkins are ready to be picked.
I stuffed a pumking tonight for Mr. BGE, and I saved the seeds. Does anyone have a way to prep pumkin seeds other than salt water?[p]Thanks bunches...

Can't tell you how to process them, email me and I'll tell you how I use 'em after they are.[p]Ken

coleslaw,[p]What I've always done is just to mix the seeds with salt and melted butter, then roast under the broiler until crispy. You could also do this in the Egg, although I have not yet.[p]Yummy October snack.[p]TRex
