Peppercorn and Orange Glazed Kabobs

I just finished off some kabobs I made up with some chuck eye steak, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and broccoli pieces. These were really good, but the meat really needed to marinate a little longer than the two hours I allowed. I used the marinade as written except no cilantro, but added some sesame seeds right before cooking them. The marinade stands up very well to the good beefy flavor of the chuck.[p]If you want something different, give 'em a try. I intended to just make skewers of skirt, but I didn't feel like digging that far into the freezer. I'll try that next.[p]The marinade is the same that Whiz and Q-Babe used for beef ribs and is available at the link below to the archives.[p]Ashley
