Source for smoke wood.

If there is anyone in the So. Cal area, more specific Orange County that needs good smoke wood I found a great place. It is called The Woodshed(www.theWoodshedOC.com). The owners neame is Mike Sharp.
He is a very nice person and has just about any smoke wood( red oak,white oak, almond, alder, pecan,apple,orange, avacado, olive, grape as well as all the old standbys Hickory and Mesquite) He also carries lots of fire wood. He handles most of the restaurants in the area. Smoke woods are sold 30 pound bags. All pieces are fist size and bigger. He will cut wood to any size for you.

What about Lump Charcoal ? Could use a good source in So. Cal..
There is a place in City of Commerce, that sells smoking woods as well as charcoal.

I bought wood there but it as in logs, not chunks. They also had lump charcoal. At the time 20lb for $14. That was LAST YEAR.
