Sorry no pic - ate it too fast! This is worth a try if you like a little spice (but it wasn't too hot).

Thinly cut sirloin steak; salted and (white) peppered
Green/Yellow/Roasted Red peppers
Mushrooms
Red Onions
Minced hot peppers

All sauteed quickly with DP swamp venom; a pretty good dusting.

Par-cooked my dough for five minutes to avoid soggy crust since I had so many veggies.

On the dough (which I buy fresh from the store), I put a thin coat of Enchilada sauce on instead of pizza sauce...I loaded it up with the goods, put a little feta and three cheese blend on it and it was AWESOME my husband said "best pizza yet". I've been reading about folks making their own dough, and I'm sure it's better, but honestly, I find the fresh dough from the store ..inexpensive/easier/quicker for me and FAR better than pre-made shells.

that sounds good. Julia, do a search for Zippies pizza dough. That is what i use and it is pretty good. It comes out good every time and is easy to handle. I do a ton at a time and freeze then it is always ready.

Will do, thanks. as long as I can make a bunch and freeze it I might be inclined to get off my duff and make it instead of buying it. :P
