My wife.....found this offer at Wall Mart.....so she couldn't let it pass.....decided to cook it New Orleans style...........
Aimed at around 600* dome...........DO inside

....added 1/2 cup butter & tilapias seasoned with EVOO & Chef Prudhomme's Magic Black Seasoning Blend Magic.. :woohoo:


.......2 min./ side.....done in no time...

...accompanied with....red rice....suchini & champignons...& whole beans w/EVOO...DELICIOSO!!!!!!

For dessert.........cookies & cream ice cream... :woohoo: & limoncello.........

I've never been much on tilapia as I think it's too mild but that makes me rethink it!! Really nice looking!!!

Dale TKS.....remember when I caught my first mahi mahi I wanted it blackened....the Chef at the hotel said...it was so fresh I was going to spoil it......made a deal with him....cook it the way I want & I invite the restaurant guests tonight.....he did & you can immagine the success...they even claped hands at the end....well easy....it was free for them... :laugh: & couldn't take it all back home anyway.....

Ron.....The first time I asked for Haggis in Edinburgh I had no idea what I was letting myself into.....the guys next table were laughing out loud....when I got my order I loved it....& asked for another one.....delicious....the guys didn't quite understand what was going on.... :laugh: we have a similar dish in México....

My boys return to college in about a month (fish isn't on their menu). That's when I'm going to start trying some of your beautiful fish dishes. Oh and by the way, the dessert is to die for. -
