Pizza and Sourdough

<p />Ever since I did my first pizza, I've wanted to try baking bread. Tonight I baked a Sourdough loaf of bread followed by a fantastic pizza. You will notice I used the pizza screen on both and it was very easy![p]Smokey[p]

Smokey,[p]Both look great! Where did you get the pizza screen? How did you do the bread?

GrillMeister,[p]The screens came from a restaurant supply store ($4-5). As far as bread goes, I kinda cheated. Publix sells pizza dough. I asked about bread dough and the bakery people said "sure, we'll sell it!" The result was really good, with a hint of a smoke taste.[p]Smokey

I use Publix's pizza dough and recommed it highly, its the best I've ever had, I'll try the bread this week, thanks for the tip.
