After a long time of neglecting my eggs I am finally going to take the training wheels and do my first overnight cook. I have done many day cooks, today I was at the store and picked up two picnics on sale. Figure it was worth the risk. I used the elder ward fire building technique. Bring on the pulled pork.

Just trust the egg to hold that temp. You'll do great!

    Mainegg,
I'll be up in your neck of the woods this next weekend. I have a wedding in Northport to attend.
