Does anyone have any tips on cooking a 4lb boneless Chuck roast? Should it be cooked low and slow or over direct heat? Please help/advise.

I do mine direct at 350°, Mike. I cook to an internal temp of 150° in the center. Be careful not to overcook or it could toughen considerably.[p]Jim
