Wrath of Nature + Pizza Chilorio

Started the egg for pizza with some showers around.....



The clouds started to come from other directions & the wind picked up speed...





....the sunset vanished in the rain...



The egg got a hat........Chilorio Pizza inside 500* dome....this particular chilorio was turkey not pork....with chile pasilla, garlic & spices.



The hat flew off the egg to the tangerines.....



Pizza was ready.........not bad after all this ordeal...........






The colours were just not normal...for a sunset :ohmy: ......but nice.........

Kent...forgot to mention the wind......we are on a very big canyon...so the wind speed can be intimidating.....a few flower pots flew here & there but yes the pie was great.....

JB really wet at the end.....but the egg held beautifully......and got the pizza out reasonably dry.....

mine does not blow "into the tangerines" :laugh:




plus it is reusable and does not impede airflow




cost me about 7 bucks so it was a little more expensive than yours
