    1 envelope active yst
    5 tble sugar
    1 c warm h20
    1 egg beaten
    3 table milk
    2 tsp salt
    4+ cups AP flour
    1 tble veg oil
    4 tble melted butter

Combine yst, 1 tble sugar, and 1/4 c of the water and rest for about 10 min
stir in rest of sugar, water, egg, milk, and salt
    add 4 cups flour
Mix in stand mixer for about 8 minutes with the dough hook
oil a big bowl, put the dough in it and let it rise until doubled
pinch off into 2" pieces, roll them into balls, let them rise under a wet towel for about 30 min
    Pat out into 7-8" rounds
grill direct on top of AR at 450°ish until the bottom is blistered, flip and repeat (this is the tricky part)
    brush with melted butter

    SERVE IMMEDIATELY :)

I cook for 2 weeks at a time so that I have stuff for work. I try to get as much variety as possible as it gives me a great excuse to hang out the eggs and keep lubricated :woohoo:

Great looking cooks there Cory. It all looks great.

Is the recipe above for Naan or Pita?

Would you share the seasoning for the Carne Asada?

    Kent,
The recipe is for Naan. I cheated on the Carne Asada and used a marinade from Costco  . It was good. I did serve it with a homemade salsa and guac though :) .
