Beef Ribs Again

I'm cooking beef ribs for the first time today. I'm planning to cook them indirect with a dome temp of about 250* for about 5-6 hrs (or until done) with some hickory chips. Does that sound about right?

Thats what I do but do not cook to long and fill a drip pan with water to keep moist.
