What are "Dry Ranch" wings? Wings using ranch dip packets? Sounds interesting. -
Lucky you that they're girls. My 18 year old son had six friends for an overnight on Wednesday and wolfed down 15 lbs. of chicken wings. 5 lbs. of Louisiana Licker, 5 lbs. of Golden Garlic and 5 lbs. of Arizona Ranch flavor. Had both larges going for about 2 1/2 hours to do them all. The sauces are by Quaker Steak & Lube. The original restaurant is in Sharon, PA, about 20 minutes from where I live, but they can also be purchased online. http://quakersteak.securetree.com/ They are excellent wing sauces. Mark

The wings are simmered in hot sauce(your choice)I use chipolte tabasco or Franks),vineger, and butter.Aprox 1 hr at 300 with a few pecan chunks for smoke.remove coat heavy with the dry ranch seasoning and back on the egg until crispy.

That sounds good Dale. Try not to get too involved in all of the deep conversations that go on with teenage girls. :woohoo:

Don't waste the time you can clean them later.

Just don't tell them what chorizo is made of.
