Any tips on doing Wings on the grill? Particular chicken brands better than another? I've read some recipe mixes, sauce mixtures, ect... Anyone have a really good technique? Thanks in advance!

I use a variation of this one:

After the par boil, drain and use lemon pepper and Montreal Chicken seasoning. Cook until done then to make them hot, I put the wings in a pan, throw on Texas Pete and shake. That are great. -
This has become my favorite. I tinker with the marinade sometimes and use other sauces, but the basic method gives good results.
