A good burger tip

Ross is making me hungry and looking at the spread it brought to mind that if you lightly smear some melted butter on the outside of the bun and then sprinkle a little salt and pepper,celery salt,garlic salt or your favorite spice.Then toast them and that first bite will wake up your taste buds.

Right on man.Been doing it for years and when guests are over and say something is different on this burger I just smile and say glad you like it.

i like that idea, sometimes i just make sauce sandwickes with hot dog rolls, that will make it alot better
