It could very well be the still camera angle or it could be the video angle.

If he did or didn't the still picture is out around the world and the impressions are made.

Having taken thousands of candid photos I wasn't suprised to see this. Happens all the time. Stills can be very deceiving. There's absolutely nothing he could have done to have avoided this. Sarkozy on the other hand

My first thought when I saw the pic was it could be innocent for 2 reasons, 1) I have seen pics taken among my family where people have appeared to be doing something I knew the were not, and 2) I doubt he would be dumb enough to gawk that badly at a woman's tuccus with so many cameras capturing the entire thing. Slice it any way you want though, there was no way I was not making that post, whether the prez was on the left, right, or in the middle. :P
