Beef Tenderloin

I got a 6 lb beef tenderloin that I'd like to cook this Saturday. I'd appreciate any ideas. Thanks

    Well , I have 3 choices for you. The drunk and dirty. My favorite is the sear and dwell, and then you have the white wine.
    Drunk and Dirty is in the recipe section. The sear is my favorite, I get the BGE up to 700 and sear all sides after rubbing in Cowlick and Extra virgin Olive Oil. Then cooking indirect until up get the results you want for desired doneness.[p]

    I like to season simply; thick fresh ground black pepper and coarse sea salt.
    I cook mine indirect at about 350°. Check at about 30 min for an internal temp. I try to pull around 130° or so for a medium rare.[p]
