I posted a topic a couple of weeks again about getting together a pallet order and wanted to see if there was other interest. As of now we are about 25 bags short of 60, the required number for a pallet. Here's who I have on the list so far and a link to the original thread.

SoonerChris - 10 bags
OU97CPA - 10 bags
Sooner Egg - 5 bags
ibanda - 5 bags
BigDaddy - OCT - 5 bags
tjv - 5 bags
Photo Egg - 20 bags

Total - 60 bags

I might be able to take 20 bags if:
    1. you can talk Tom into the other 5.
    2. still willing to drop them at Tom's.
    3. Tom willing to hold my 20 for a weekend road trip (galveston to dallas) for me to pick up.
    Sorry for all the "ifs".

I add you and Tom to the list. I'm going to give it a couple of days to see if we can get up to 72 as it will be cheaper. Now I'm just going to have to figure how to get 35 bags home and then the other 25 to Denton.

RVH, Vance, has organized this before and said he would do it again. We can work out the payment options with him.

    Vance,

How much room does one need in a vehicle to transport 35 bags?

I thought your first post said orders must be in 60 bag batches to make a pallet? 60-120....
What is the 72 price break?

Shoot, my bad, that's for the 10# bags. Looks like we are good with the 60.

    Darian/Tom,

If I don't make it to Dallas soon, any chance meeting me half way, say in Ardmore?

Driving 330 miles to Denton is already a push.
If you have others to fill the 60 bags and save you logistical problems I understand. I will use the lump but RO is very easy to find local. Not an issue either way.

Chris, these days the orders have to be in even pallets containing 60ea. 22lb bags. It looks like you have commitments for exactly the 60ea. If anyone would forego a bag here or there, I would buy 5ea bags for myself, or, this could be the start of a second pallet if you want to give it a day or two to see if anyone else wants some. Or, if everyone is set on the exact amounts listed, I will still handle the deal...but somebody will owe me a coke icey! :P
Everyone who orders will need to pre-pay at $15.97 per bag. The order can ship within three days after I receive all funds and place the order with WG. It takes about a week to get to OKC, where I will be happy to warehouse it until people can pick it up, as long as folks don't wait three months to get it. If some people are coming a distance and can only get to OKC on a weekend then I will try meet them as they require, but I will expect to receive some coveted recipes in exchange. Whenever the cut-off for ordering arrives, if it hasn't already, each person ordering will need to send me an email.
    Thanks,
    Vance

    Vance,

How big a vehicle would I need for 35 bags since I'm committed to traveling to Denton, or there abouts, to deliver Tom's?

I'll measure a bag when I get home and give you the dimensions. You will need more than a VW Beetle.

    Vance,
If a second 60 does not make I have 20 but 15 will do me if you need 5.
Let me know what makes and the total $.
