I let sit in extra virgin olive oil with Raging River Rub.
During the dwell time of the steak is when I place on the BGE. I also melt butter and maple syrup in equal amounts and baste for the last couple minutes.
I'll be cooking about 5-8 Mahi Mahi filets at the Chiefs game this week will take a pic of finished product.[p]CWM
