Most Outrageous Salmon and Fire Blox

Last night I prepared "Shelva's Shmokin' Salmon" from the BGE's recipe page. The recipe called for honey as an ingredient, but I had none in my pantry. I did have a jar of Hot Mango Chutney and used that as a substitute. WOW! That was the best salmon I've ever eaten - between the hot mango chutney and the alder wood chips it was incredible. Also, I discovered fire starters called "Fire Blox" at my local BBQ store. As an experiment, I didn't even add any new lump - just three little squares of the Fire Blox and she started right up! My electric starter is now retired [like me]! Hope you all try that salmon.
