I think it goes in spirts here. Sometimes I post something I think is beneficial and others times I post a meesage about a going thread, sometimes I just feel there is a banner saying ignore Wil. Your ribs are truly scratch and sniff awesome. A little hint though.....if you want a really busy response next time just say......
4 slabs of ribs, you be the judge.
1. American Ribs
2. French style ribs
3. Thai Style Ribs
4. German Ribs

Hey, I see at least one response to each of your posts! I've posted some thoughts/ideas/questions/comments that just slid on down the page into pure oblivion. I call those ones 'orphans'. It happens....
Glad you tossed the Dizzy Dust into the mix with your experiment (and, yes, I did follow the posts, but, unlike one of the other rub proprietors, chose to watch with interest, but silently, from the sidelines... LOL)
