Well Jim it's hotter then _ell here. Thats a flank steak, pickup on at Sam's Club. Got a great price on them, 3.84 LB. in Publix here they get 7.99 LB. I like the flavor of flank and it does come out tender. Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Fresh Black Pepper, and garlic powder. Tell Kay we expect you guys tomorrow morning for Breakfast. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
