I would have bet against the buffalo thinking lean also, but you can't argue with success. Great looking brisket.

That is one pretty piece of meat!! did you do the same rub and sauce on all three. I would not have thought the buffalo wold win either.

I was surprised also. I used a different rub and sauce on all three. Guess I will have to do this again & use the same sauce & rub on them all
