Gave the large a workout this weekend as I'm sure most of you did. Did my longest cook yet, a 10 lb butt that started at 7 pm Friday night and finished at 2 PM Saturday. ... and I did it without a digiQ! After a 19 hr cook I had enough charcoal left to cook chicken thighs for two hours! What a good day!

7PM Friday, butt prepped (home made rub) and on the Large.

Turkey bacon on the small ... woke up to the large holding temp after 12 hour cook on the butt (above)... gotta have breakfast!

Thighs on after the butt, no need to add more charcoal !! Home made rub.

Two hours in a cooler while the thighs cooked ... the pork is pulled with home made sauce added.
