Smoked another batch of cheese yesterday using 'caveman' method. Decided to omit the charcoal grate for easy access to the soldering iron, wiggled the iron few times to trigger fresh bursts of smoke throughout the 1.5 hours process. Had barely enough chips, next time will use a larger can or add a second can beside the first.
