What temp ribs?

I think I am a little over-cautious when I cook pork of any kind.[p]I am just wondering what internal meat temperature most think is correct for pork ribs.[p]Any comments will be appreciated.[p]KL


  • KL,[p]I think ribs have the right texture when there about about 195-200 degrees between the bones. I'm not sure about what is "safe" (obviously, something lower than that).
