OK I have to admit that I was thrilled to have one of the coveted duck breasts given to me in New Hampshire.... I like different things. I did try it and thought OK I am full of everything else and will enjoy it more later. I got a melon and waited for it to ripen and be as sweet as possible. I served it today at our forth of July party and it was eaten right up :)
thank you Stike for a different and tasty treat!!

I don't think I have the nerve for that cook but I'd love to try it. Also want to thank you and Neil for the apple wood, it came yesterday and I used it for the chicken today B) What a great surprise Thanks a bunch

Your welcome Pat, I hope it did not mildew to badly. it has done nothing but pour here. that had been cut and Neil wanted to do more that was a little fresher, that is when he discovered they stole his chain saw this winter. LOL he was not a happy camper.

Michelle, we did have fun. 15 or 16 pies all different. did about 8-10 inch ones so we could use the med and the mini. very good dinner and as the evening progressed and the beer flowed and the wine poured it got even better
