Ribs are ready for tommorrow

<p />Gonna cook up 4 slabs of babies tommorrow.[p]Rubbed 1 with Dizzy, 1 with Obie-Q, 1 with Sticky Fingers, and 1 with Bonesmokers. The judging begins tommorrow! [p]I am a sauce guy , so they will either have carolina sweet or baby rays.[p]Tom

Yeah I would but I am out voted. Wife and son like sauce. I do too, but I could eat it either way. I dont really put a whole lot of sauce and you can still taste the rub. [p]Maybe I will, Ill see what the family says tommorrow. Maybe I will cut each slab in half and do half with sauce half without. [p]Tom

EggCamper,[p]The reason I have done that is that I think you find the better rubs that way. A rub tastes so different once you put a sauce on it. Plus one rub might taste good with one sauce while not with another.[p]Have fun and enjoy.[p]John
