Save those cardboard egg containers as they can start up the lump in no time. Put your thumb on the the opening of the evoo bottle or whatever oil and rub it on the individual sections of the cut up sections of the egg tray.
This was used in a second cook of left over lump and in fifteen minutes I was at 500 degrees.The daisy was off and the bottom vent wide open.In twenty minutes it was past the 700 degree mark.
