Just Mom and Pop for dinner so I fired up the mini for a small tri-tip steak. Just pulled it off for the resting while mushrooms and onions cooking up in the drip pan. Diana Q making cottage cheese and tomato boats. Great start to a great 4th of July weekend.
Have a fun and safe weekend my friends. :cheer:

Thanks. I love my mini. My next wood working project is to design and build a small table for the mini. Gotta be out of inexpensive materials although I could use teak veneer for the table top just to get fancy...if I wanted. I think the mini will be fine sitting in white oak. Well that's a thought anyway. Cyprus is getting expensive, redwood is not cheap, ipe hard to work and pricey, solid teak way too expensive. Perhaps engineered lumber that is water resistant is a way to go. Just thinking.....
