Great little bitty lamb chops

Tonight we cooked up some lamb chops. They were about 2.5 inches across and 1 inch thick. I did half of them plain and half of them with a good heavy dusting of Tsunami Spin from The Dizzy Pig. I cooked them at 400 degrees for about 6 minutes per side on the normal grid level. The Tsunami Spin chops won hands down. Very tasty![p]TNW

The Naked Whiz,[p]Lamb is a nice change from the everyday meat. We usually marinate in a greek marinade served with roasted potatoes and greek salad. [p]RayS

Nature Boy,
Oh, I thought this was a no-brainer. Tsunami spin has a decided Indian influence and Indian food uses lamb quite a bit. To quote Nero Wolfe, "acceptable". (Translation: HOT DAMN!)[p]TNW
